Plan on rest days if you are pushing yourself. Plan on weather delays also. Check the route you plan and have a ready alternative...I have encountered road closures and demolished bridges. Make sure your route is legal... I have been escorted off Native lands when I didn't notice I had entered them. You will lose weight, and some of it will be muscle, so eat plenty of protein. Expect the unexpected..my 90 day run ran into the covid pandemic and became 431 days. Above all, be patient and kind to yourself. You will endure.
